Shipment in one go
The order is shipped as much as possible in one go to keep costs low. It is therefore possible that with larger numbers of items or products that are immediately available, shipping is still delayed until your order is complete.
Letterbox post (only possible within the Netherlands)
You can indicate with your order whether you would like to receive the items by letterbox post.
For hygiene reasons, we do not remove underwear from the packaging.
Letterbox mail is only possible for small orders and we will check for each order whether this is possible.
Do you want us to remove items from the packaging and still send them in letterbox packaging? Please let us know at the checkout.
In that case, the risk for this shipment is for the customer and the items cannot be returned.
You have 30 days at Hanro Shop to return your items. There is no free return policy.
Returned items are thoroughly checked by us to ensure that they have not been worn, washed or used and that they still have the original labels (and if included) the original packaging. Excessively wrinkled articles, but also articles with hair or skin flakes, can also be refused by us.
The items must be handled with care. And be returned neatly folded and unwrinkled and clean.
You must provide the return shipment with your packing slip, indicating what you are returning. Returns will not be processed without this receipt.
For large numbers of the same items with the same size, we will take back a maximum of 2 items.
You can always choose from a credit on your bank account, an exchange for other products or a online vouchercode.
Shipping costs for orders outside the Netherlands will never be reimbursed.
PAY ATTENTION! Returns from outside the EU are not accepted where clearance fees and VAT are charged. The package will be refused and returned.
If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, size or colour, you can make this known via your account, via e-mail, or via 071-8873109.
With Trend items it is possible that your desired size or color is no longer available.
Credits will be provided within 14 days of approval of your returned items.
We again ask you to take good care of your return and to return the items neatly folded, unwrinkled and clean in the original packaging (with all labels).
If good care has not been taken with the return shipment, Hanro Shop reserves the right not to accept the shipment and no credit or exchange will be provided.
If you are forced to return the items due to our error, shipping costs incurred will be reimbursed to you.
