Shipment at one time
The order will be sent as much as possible at one time in order to keep costs low. Therefore, it may happen that with larger numbers of items, or products that are readily available, we wait until your order is complete.
Mailbox post (only within the Netherlands)
You can indicate whether you would like to receive the items by letterbox post.
We do not remove underwear from the packaging because of hygiene reasons.
Letterbox mail can only be used for small orders and each order is checked whether this is possible.
If you still want us to remove items from the packaging and still send them in a mailbox?

Risk for this shipment in that case is for the customer and the items can not be returned
You can return your purchases at Hanro Shop within 30 days after receipt.
Returned items are checked accurately to make sure that they are not worn, washed or used and still have all original labels (and if sent) original packaging. Excessively wrinkled items will not be accepted!
Please treat our products with care and return them neatly folded. and not wrinkeld.
Simply provide us with your packing slip, when returning your items.
Simply register your returns via your account with us.
Customers can choose a credit to your bank account, an exchange for other products or a credit / value coupon for re-use later on.
Shipping costs of returned items from abroad are never reimbursed.
The costs for sending back to us, are for the customer.
If you want to exchange for another article , another size or color, please inform us through your account, via e-mail or via 0031 (0) 71 88 73 109.
(Trend) items may not be available anymore in your desired size or color.
You can announce your return via your account or via email@example.com .
Credits will be sent within 14 days after approvement of the returned items.
Again we kindly ask to pay extra attention to your returns. Take good care of the products, neatly folded, not wrinkled and in original package (including all labels).
If there is no proper care given to the returns, Hanro reserves the right not to accept the returns and refuse a credit or exchange.
If items are not treated correctly (extremely wrinkled), you may be charged for recovery. Maximum costs of € 5,- per item.
Hanro will reimburse shipping costs when your order was handled incorrectly.
